T9830E/T9940 Whom Do We Obey?

Secular forces claim to be in power. When you look around, you see wickedness in high places.
"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers," (Romans 13:1). If these worldly rulers were the ministers of God as described in Romans 13, then they would confess Jesus Christ. Since they deny Jesus Christ, how can they be the "higher powers?" Jesus calls them "thieves and robbers" in John, Chapter 10.
Whom shall we obey? We shall obey the higher powers. And who is our higher power? The thieves who set themselves as authorities over the Earth? No, the Lord of Hosts is our higher power. For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king, and he will save us (Isaiah 33:22).
