Scholar Defects
S. Frank Logsdon, who was on the translation committee for
the New American Standard Bible, has renounced his association
with the modern Bible versions. He says all modern Bible
versions base their translations on corrupted manuscripts that
have been kept in the custody of Rome.
Modern Bible versions cause widespread confusion, make Bible
studies difficult, provide opportunity for perverting the truth,
elicit profitless argumentation, and discourage memorization.
