T9937 Only Nothing Will Do
Imagine going up to God and saying, "God, here I am. I am a finished pot. I'm all glazed. I have circles and swirlies on me. I have beautiful colors." You present yourself to God as a finished, perfect pot. And God looks at you and says, "What, a finished pot! I'm not interested. Where's the clay? You give me the raw clay and then I'm interested."
The Good Book represents what God's desire is. He is not interested in your plans, He wants you to learn of His plans and build on His foundation. He wants you stripped down to zero, and start with nothing.
